Project Manager – Construction Division
Location: Remote with onsite travel
Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 + Full Benefits (Starting Day 1)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of a large, complex construction project. This is a critical leadership role that will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from client engagement and planning to execution, closeout, and delivery—ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence at every phase.
You will serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, internal teams, and subcontractors, providing both strategic oversight and hands-on guidance throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities

Lead total project delivery to ensure alignment with design specifications, schedule, budget, and safety standards.

Serve as the primary liaison for client representatives, architects/engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Establish and implement project policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.

Direct on-site project personnel, including Superintendents, to maintain progress and proactively manage risks.

Approve procurement requests, change orders, and key financial decisions.

Maintain thorough project documentation and logs; support safety program execution and compliance.

Oversee project finances—including contracts, invoicing, rental equipment, and expenses—while nurturing strong client relationships.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience managing large commercial or industrial construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, design, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.

Demonstrated ability to implement innovative and efficient project management strategies.

Deep understanding of industry codes, corporate practices, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Preferred Skills

Track record of leading cross-functional teams with high levels of accountability and performance.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in dynamic construction environments.

Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, managing subcontractors, and navigating regulatory requirements.

History of achieving excellent safety records and quality control outcomes.
