Independent Consultant Opportunity: Occupational or Physical Therapist

What You’ll Do

Perform one-time, comprehensive medical need assessments in members’ homes
Provide expert recommendations for equipment, services, and care that help people maintain their independence
Complete straightforward documentation using our secure, user-friendly online portal—accessible from any device

What You Need

Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist (Sorry, no PTAs or COTAs)
Malpractice/Liability Insurance (can be obtained at job offer)
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, navigate stairs and various home environments, and perform relevant physical assessments
Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to and from member homes
Proficiency with technology: able to use online portals, upload documents, and work from your preferred device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred (but Not Required)

Experience with home safety assessments
Familiarity with durable medical equipment
Home modification experience
Background working with diverse medical conditions
