Are you a self-motivated leader with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for pharmacy operations? We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to manage the entire production facility for prescription fulfillment while ensuring strict compliance with Florida Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy fulfillment center, managing a shift of technicians to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with all Florida Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations
• Monitor workflow, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement process improvements
• Train, mentor, and lead pharmacy technicians to maintain high performance and accountability
• Collaborate with pharmacists and leadership to optimize fulfillment procedures
• Maintain inventory accuracy and quality control throughout all fulfillment processes

Qualifications:

• Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) with active Florida licensure
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a high-volume pharmacy or fulfillment setting
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and multiple shifts
• Strong knowledge of Florida Board of Pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Fluent in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish required

Shifts:

• Morning shift: 6 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
• Midday shift: 2 p.m. till 10.30 p.m.
• Overnight shift: 10 p.m. till 6.30 a.m.

This is a 100% on-site position based in Miami Gardens.
