Are you a proactive leader with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for efficient warehouse operations?
The Pharmacy Hub is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to oversee daily activities in our Miami Gardens warehouse, ensuring seamless inventory control, team coordination, and compliance with internal standards for pharmacy supply management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing supplies for both internal and client needs

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure real-time accuracy and uninterrupted pharmacy operations

• Prepare and submit monthly reports for billing and inventory reconciliation

• Maximize storage efficiency and maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including stand-up forklifts, ensuring compliance with safety regulations

• Plan and prioritize daily tasks to optimize workflow and timely delivery

• Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse staff, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

• Coordinate with internal departments to meet operational goals and address any supply chain issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Warehouse Associate role

• Certified in forklift and heavy equipment operation; at least 3 years of experience with stand-up forklifts

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS); ShipBob experience is a plus

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory cycle counts, and quality control

• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and manage a team with professionalism and clear communication

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Flexible availability, including weekends and night shifts

Work Environment:

• 100% on-site position based in Miami Gardens

• Non-climatized warehouse environment with occasional exposure to loud noise

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and climbing

• Requires use of computers, mobile devices, and warehouse scanning systems
