You will play a pivotal role in maintaining these values and contributing to the company’s mission of redefining healthcare delivery through superior pharmacy services.

About the Role
The Pharmacy Hub is seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-driven PV1 Pharmacist to join
our growing telepharmacy and mail order operations team. As a PV1 Pharmacist, you will play a vital
role as the first verification checkpoint, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance of prescriptions
before fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Verify prescription data entry accuracy (drug, dose, quantity, directions, prescriber, patient
    demographics).
  •  Identify and resolve issues related to drug interactions, allergies, duplication of therapy, and
    compliance with state and federal law.
  • Document PV1 verification steps in the dispensing platform (DispensePro, SureScripts, etc.) per
    SOPs.
  •  Collaborate with technicians, interns, PV2 pharmacists, and clinic staff to address prescription
    concerns.
  • Support training and mentorship for staff on PV1 processes.

Qualifications

  • PharmD degree.
  • Active, unrestricted Florida pharmacist license (multi-state preferred).
  •  Minimum 1–2 years in retail, mail order, or telepharmacy preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of PDMP, DEA, and state/federal pharmacy regulations.
  •  Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work in high-volume environments.

Pay Range

$125,000 - $130,000 USD
