Job Summary:

The Revenue & Invoicing Specialist with an analytical focus is responsible for managing accurate billing processes while leveraging data analysis to optimize revenue and identify trends. This role combines traditional billing responsibilities with advanced analytical tasks, including reporting, data validation, and trend analysis. They work closely with Operations and Sales to ensure billing accuracy, enhance process efficiency, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, review, and validate customer invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
• Analyze billing data to identify trends, anomalies, revenue leakage, or areas for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain billing reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities as related to billing and revenue recognition.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and revenue capture.
• Maintain detailed documentation for audit readiness and financial compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field preferred; strong analytical experience can substitute for a formal degree.
• 2–5 years of billing, accounts receivable, or finance experience with strong analytical responsibilities.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.).
• Experience with billing or ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and with customers.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location: This is a 100% onsite role; remote or hybrid work is not available
Schedule: Full-time, 44 hours/week, Monday–Friday, Standard office hours
