Are you a dynamic multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude? We're excited to announce an opening for an Operations Supervisor at our new River North Location, presenting a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage day-to-day center operations, ensuring it remains open, operable, and at capacity year-round.
  • Utilize various software for scheduling, record keeping, payroll, and communication, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee fiscal performance, ensuring budget adherence and proper expense documentation.
  • Maintain a high-quality environment, ensuring the center is well-supplied and maintained.
  • Build effective teams and cultivate a positive work culture.
  • Foster productive relationships among staff, clients, and families.
  • Collaborate with co-managers to achieve goals and ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Lead and develop staff, overseeing onboarding and performance management.
  • Analyze and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiencies and profitability.
  • Act as a liaison between company leadership and center staff.
  • Champion change management by providing constructive feedback and supporting positive change.
  • Engage with community providers to enhance resource listings and census.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
  • 1-3 years of previous management experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy office with frequent interruptions
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Fluency in Spanish (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Prior administrative experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of general Human Resources (preferred)
