Full-time Clinical Supervisor – After-School ABA Program

About the Role:
The Clinical Supervisor (After School BCBA) is a full-time hybrid role ideal for clinicians passionate about providing high-quality ABA services and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The Clinical Supervisor will oversee a caseload of focused ABA clients receiving center based after school ABA services. Primary responsibilities include ensuring treatment fidelity and supporting caregiver involvement to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients as well as R/BT training and mentorship. After school operations are from 3:00pm-7:00pm M-F and 9:00-12:00 Saturdays. Additional support provided to day program clients is also available to supplement evening hours. This is a hybrid role with only partial on-site availability required.

- Compensation: Base salary $72,000 - $88,000 (salary commensurate with experience)

- EX. Base Salary + Shared Success Bonus Plan = $83,200.00, starting salary for newly certified BCBAs

What You’ll Do:
Case Oversight:

- Provide clinical oversight for a caseload of clients, ensuring individualized treatment plans are effective and aligned with best practices in ABA
- Maintain a caseload with a focus on achieving 28 billable hours weekly
Caregiver Training:
-
- Conduct one-on-one caregiver training sessions to empower families in supporting their child’s progress
- Facilitate group caregiver training to promote education and collaboration
Client Intakes and Treatment Plans:

- Complete client intake assessments and develop comprehensive, goal-driven treatment plans
- Regularly review and update treatment plans based on client progress and assessment data
RBT Oversight:

- Monitor and mentor RBT clinical quality performance and conduct regular mentor meetings
- Provide feedback and ongoing training to enhance RBT skill sets and treatment implementation
What You’ll Bring:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required
- Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
