• On average, our Behavior Technicians are ready to sit for their certification exam within just 35 days of their start date.
• In 2024 alone, 184 RBTs earned their certification and advanced in our career track progression program—with several more of our RBTs moving forward to become BCBAs!

What We Offer

Competitive Pay + Shared Success Bonus:

High School Diploma/Associate’s Degree: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour

Master’s Degree (ABA, Psychology, Special Education): $21.00 – $28.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to help them achieve their developmental goals
• Implement therapy programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Support clients and their families with compassion and dedication
• Engage in fun, rewarding activities while promoting skill-building and growth

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for working with children and families
• Dependable and reliable team players who show up ready to make a difference every day
• Open-minded individuals willing to learn and grow through constructive feedback
• A commitment to safety and a willingness to complete a background check
• Basic Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 20 pounds, bend, and squat for up to an hour a day
• Ability to move quickly and follow children throughout the center, sometimes at a rapid pace

What Makes You Stand Out
