
Talent Acquisition Manager

What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and execution of The Place’s full talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission, values, and organizational goals. This includes recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, and workforce planning.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts across all levels of the organization, while building scalable, standardized processes that deliver a world-class candidate experience.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the recruiting team to maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Oversee all aspects of performance management for direct reports, including hiring, onboarding, goal setting, performance reviews, promotions, and, when necessary, corrective actions.
- Partner closely with Regional Managers and business leaders to understand current and future staffing needs and implement creative solutions for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Develop and track meaningful recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source-of-hire, candidate quality, acceptance rates) to measure success and continuously improve processes.
- Collaborate with People Operations and regional teams to design and deliver recruiting training programs, including onboarding for hiring managers and interview best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, community organizations, and other talent partners to support long-term recruitment pipelines.
- Plan and execute hiring events, career fairs, campus recruiting initiatives, and other engagement opportunities that showcase The Place as an employer of choice.
- Drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives throughout the recruitment process to ensure representation and access for all candidates.
- Promote The Place’s employer brand across social media, professional networks, and local communities, highlighting the mission, culture, and career growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience demonstrated success in a competitive talent acquisition environment as a high-volume Recruiter, Senior Recruiter and/or Talent Acquisition Team Lead.
- 2+ years leading a talent acquisition team in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, negotiating offers, and employment branding.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices with a proven ability to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (most specifically Greenhouse).
- Strong process improvement, organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards, including Meta, LinkedIn, Indeed, and TikTok.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer
Competitive Pay Based on Your Experience & Education:
- $85,000-$95,000 per year plus eligibility to participate in the Annual Shared Success Bonus Plan
