Your Opportunity
The BI Analyst executes complex data analysis and reporting initiatives. This role partners closely with business leaders to define requirements, design dashboards, and provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Your Responsibilities
- Independently gather, integrate, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and scalable reporting solutions in Excel, Looker, and other BI tools
- Perform advanced trend analysis and statistical evaluation to identify business drivers
- Translate business requirements into SQL queries, data models, and analytical frameworks
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve performance and operational outcomes
- Support ad hoc analytic and scenario modeling requests
- Work closely with Data Science and Data Engineering to support reporting needs
- Serve as key analytics partner to various business units

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related role
- Strong SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills
- Hands-on experience building dashboards required (Looker preferred)
- Experience with SharePoint and ClickUp preferred
- Strong problem solving and project management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

- Job location is based at Scion headquarters in Chicago, IL
- Working hours are general daytime business hours

The base salary range for this full-time position is base + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. $63,000 - $69,000 USD
