About The Role
As a pivotal member of our team, Thesis’ Brand Marketing Director is responsible for owning how the world experiences Thesis, including shaping and elevating our brand’s presence and engagement. The Brand Marketing Director will lead the development, organization, and execution of brand storytelling, content, community, and partnerships. This role will work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams and requires a mix of exceptional creative vision, strong strategic thinking, and diligent hands-on execution.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Brand Strategy and Marketing:
- Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies, aligning them with Thesis’ brand positioning, voice, visual identity, and key messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Take charge of creating, implementing, and managing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive meaningful customer engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, design, and growth to ensure brand consistency and cohesion in all communications.
- Evolve and maintain brand guidelines, meticulously ensuring adherence across all marketing collateral and touchpoints.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Content and Creative Direction:
- Lead the development and execution of compelling and consistent concepts across various channels (campaigns, digital, product, retail, and more), ensuring alignment with brand messaging and positioning.
- Oversee Thesis’ content strategy, marketing calendar, and production across platforms and with both internal and external counterparts.
- Develop and scale Thesis’ social presence to drive engagement and build community.
- Partnerships and Influencer:
- Identify, source, and execute brand collaborations, influencer / creator partnerships, commercial partnerships, and other activations that drive awareness, engagement, and brand growth.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with media partners and key stakeholders to amplify our brand presence
- Measurement:
- Analyze performance and success metrics of campaigns and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Utilize analytics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.
We're Excited About Your:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in brand marketing with a track record of successful campaigns, ideally with health and wellness brands.
- Demonstrated experience and / or strong personal interest in the health and wellness space. You eat, sleep, and breathe all things health, wellness, and performance.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with scrappy execution abilities; the ideal person will be a brand marketer with a performance mindset.
- Deep understanding of social / content platforms, the creator economy, and brand storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting skills and experience writing with a specific, existing brand tone.
- Experience overseeing content production, managing both internal and external teams / agencies / freelancers, and producing high quality work in tight timelines.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and design.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
