INTRODUCTION |
|
We are seeking proposals from firms or individuals who specialize in engaging young people of color, ages 16 to 24, through a variety of channels including college campuses, online platforms, and community-based organizations. The selected partner will be responsible for creating, cultivating, and nurturing meaningful partnerships that resonate with this demographic, ensuring sustained engagement and impact. |

SCOPE OF WORK |

The selected firm or individual will be expected to deliver the following:
Youth Engagement Strategy
Partnership Development
Campaign and Activation

QUALIFICATIONS |
|
We are looking for a firm or individual with the following qualifications:
Proven experience in reaching and engaging young people of color, particularly those aged 16-24. Expertise in working with college campuses, community organizations, and online platforms. Demonstrated ability to create and cultivate partnerships that lead to sustained engagement. Knowledge of culturally relevant approaches and strategies. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience in tracking success metrics and impact measurement. |

Salary Pay Range
$55,000 - $65,000 USD
