Configuration/Operations SME
The Swift Group is seeking an Configuration and Operations SME to work in Ashburn, VA. The Configuration and Operations SME will provide support expertise and guidance on the configuration and operational implementation of devices running the Android OS and associated application such as ATAK and similar applications. Working knowledge of encryption, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), imagery, and messaging applications is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide with full configuration of non-attributable commercial technical devices to include cellular phones, tablets, and laptops, related to training and operations described in the contract; operating system(s), app installation, detailed imagery, VPNs, encrypted messaging applications, ATAK or similar application etc. to Sponsor specifications for specific clients tasks.
- Provide limited and directed operational support to CONUS tasks and partner organizations, including meetings, briefings, planning, field support, and after-action reports.
- Provide recommendations, select, install, and maintain operating systems and other advanced technical equipment for servers, systems, etc. to the clients specifications and enhance mission coordination.
- Provide recommendations for use and analysis of detailed imagery to client specifications for specific tasks.
- Conduct mid-level research of open-source products requested by the client.
- Decommission and prepare equipment for PTI.
- Attend mission oriented technical equipment training.
- Complete a weekly log of tasks to include build projects, special projects, change requests, delivery and briefing of equipment, and other activities.
- Setup classrooms and organize equipment for the clients classes.
- Ability to work at the work location between 0800-1600 hours, Monday-Friday as determined by the client.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in operational and support functions of the Intelligence Community.
- Prior United States military (Honorable Discharge) or equivalent contractor relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree and/or three years equivalent related work experience.
- US Citizenship and an active Secret clearance required with eligibility for a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance .
