Desk Officer
The Swift Group is looking for Desk Officers to support our client in the Northern Virginia area. The right candidate will serve as an operations specialist providing direct support to a client. This person will provide specialized support to the client that requires a keen attention to detail, proactive task management and tracking, adherence to strict security protocols and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic written guidance and operational case management based on advanced knowledge and expertise of unilateral and liaison operations, operational tradecraft, and intelligence priorities.
- Collaborate and contribute across the IC to include foreign field-based elements, partner agencies, senior management and policy makers.
- Draft and coordinate intelligence reporting, cables and briefings. Manage and track projects and programs.
- Perform research and analysis of raw intelligence.
- Assist with the development of operational proposals and the preparation of operational correspondence for confidential informant cases, such as message traffic, file reviews, operational plans, and spot reports.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience within the Intelligence Community
- Support a wide range of operational and programmatic activities
- Draft, coordinate, and/or monitor the production of intelligence reporting
- Demonstrated experience with client databases and tools
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent years of experience or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- US citizenship with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
Desired Qualifications:
- Overseas experience supporting HUMINT and technical collection intelligence operations
- Demonstrated regional and/or functional expertise or a working knowledge of geographic regions of interest to the United States
- Foreign Language
- MA/MS Degree

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
