Financial Analyst

The Swift Group is seeking a Financial Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join a dynamic team supporting the business operations of programs across the company’s portfolio. The Financial Analyst will perform a range of duties related to specific programs, including managing budgets, tracking and forecasting expenditures, preparing contractual deliverables, and assisting program managers with informed decision-making. They will also support the corporate organization with business rhythms related to monthly accounting close and periodic financial reviews, annual budgeting exercises, and various ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to include developing, tracking and reporting of program/project financial metrics and status of contract funding and expenditures
• Assist accounting team with month-end close activities related to programs
• Coordinate with program managers to prepare monthly briefings on program status and financial metrics to be delivered to company leadership
• Assist with pricing exercises related to expansion of current programs and new business efforts
• Provide input for annual budgeting cycles
• Ad Hoc projects as directed

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience with related to project control and financial management of government contracting programs
• Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong proficiency in MS Excel

Desired

• Experience using Deltek Costpoint

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00

Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
