OPS Consulting is seeking a Project Coordinator to work in Laurel, MD.

 

Job Description:

The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating the work of personnel in change of task orders and/ or integrated product teams; Assist in developing management plans and preparing management/ cost performance reports. The Project Coordinator will provide technical expertise to coordinate project activities such as work package drafting and coordinating, work breakdown structure management; coordinates travel, meetings, briefings and other activities necessary for the effective execution of program management tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Type memos, letters, and reports.
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets and databases.
  • Maintain record filling systems.
  • Schedule client appointments.
  • Assist with webpage updates.
  • Administer and proctor tests.
  • File records.
  • Enter data of quality control metrics.
  • Lift and prepare boxes of records weighing up to 30lbs.

 

Required Skills:

Level 1: Associate’s Degree in any technical or business field or equivalent documented combination of training and experience. Six (6) years’ experience on large scale programs in coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities; Experience supporting program activities using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. 

Level 2: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline. Six (6) years’ experience on large scale programs in coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities; Experience supporting program activities using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an additional four (4) years’ experience is required for a total of ten (10) years’ experience. 

Level 3: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline. Ten (10) years’ experience on large scale programs in coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities; Experience supporting program activities using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, and additional four (4) years’ experience is required for a total of fourteen (14) years’ experience. 

 

Security Clearance:

    • A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00

Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
