Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator in Laurel, MD. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience coordinating program activities, managing requirements, resources, schedules, and personnel, and providing critical administrative and technical support to ensure successful program execution.
Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating the work of personnel in charge of task orders and/or integrated product teams

Support the development of management plans and preparation of management/cost performance reports

Provide technical expertise to coordinate project activities such as work package drafting, coordination, and work breakdown structure management

Coordinate travel, meetings, briefings, workshops, and seminars

Type memos, letters, and reports

Maintain Excel spreadsheets, databases, and record filing systems

Lift and prepare boxes of records weighing up to 30 lbs
-
Schedule client appointments and assist with webpage updates

Administer and proctor tests, file records, and enter data for quality control metrics
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline

Ten (10) years of experience on large-scale programs coordinating program-related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling

Experience supporting program activities using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an additional four (4) years of experience is required for a total of fourteen (14) years of relevant experience

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

US citizenship and an active security clearance required

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
