At The Vets, we’re reimagining pet care by bringing compassionate, top-quality veterinary services directly to the comfort of pets’ homes. Founded in 2020, our mission is to ease the stress of clinic visits and provide a relaxed, familiar environment for pets and families. Our team of veterinarians and skilled vet techs provides in-home preventative care and treatment, making pet care more accessible, comfortable, and enjoyable for pets and their families.

Schedule: Thursdays, Fridays and two Saturdays a month.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and manage daily mobile schedules, ensuring efficient home visits
• Use our software for thorough record-keeping and case management
• Prepare and pack medical kits and supplies for seamless, well-equipped visits
• Handle and coordinate diagnostic samples for timely and accurate processing
• Provide hands-on support to veterinarians, offering compassionate care to pets and a positive experience for their families

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years of experience in the veterinary field and are confident in supporting veterinarians in home-care settings
• Knowledgeable about flea, tick, and heartworm products, vaccine protocols, and other veterinary pharmaceuticals
• Skilled in fear-free handling techniques, with a focus on creating a stress-free environment for pets
• A natural communicator, you enjoy educating clients and working as part of a close-knit team
• Reliable, punctual, and positive, with a commitment to client and pet satisfaction
• You have a valid driver’s license in good standing, and can lift and carry pets up to 50 lbs
