REPORTING TO: SENIOR DIGITAL CONTENT MANAGER, EMEA 
LOCATION: MIDDLE EAST, IDEALLY UAE-BASED 
CONTRACT: PART-TIME FREELANCE/CONTRACTOR ROLE 
TRAVEL: OCCASIONAL TRAVEL FOR SHOOTS, ACTIVATIONS AND EVENTS, MOSTLY IN THE UAE WITH SOME FLEXIBILITY AS WE GROW INTO OTHER MARKETS 

IN A NUTSHELL YOU'LL BE...

A CONTENT CREATOR

• Create UGC-style content for Vita Coco Arabia across Instagram and TikTok.
• Capture short-form video that feels native to the region and relevant to local audiences.
• Be comfortable filming on your phone, editing quickly and appearing on camera.
• Capture content at activations, events, gyms, cafés, retail moments and lifestyle occasions.
• Pitch simple, repeatable content ideas that keep the channel active and fresh.

A CHANNEL MANAGER

• Support the day-to-day running of Vita Coco Arabia’s social channels, along side our central team.
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram and TikTok.
• Support with captions and community management.
• Keep the channel plugged into relevant trends, moments and conversations.
• Make sure the tone feels like Vita Coco, while still feeling right for the Middle East audience.

A LOCAL SOCIAL EXPERT

• Spot regional trends, creators, events and cultural moments Vita Coco should know about.
• Pitch ideas around wellness, fitness, food, heat, social occasions and everyday routines.
• Help identify creators, UGC talent and potential brand fans in the market.
• Advise on low-and-no-cost creator opportunities, including contra/gifting partnerships.
• Support occasional activation coverage, mostly in the UAE, with some flexibility as we grow.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO...

• Is based in the Middle East, ideally the UAE, with Arabic language skills.
• Understands Instagram, TikTok and regional internet culture.
• Can shoot, edit and publish strong social-first content.
• Experience supporting influencer gifting, contra partnerships or UGC creator sourcing.
• Is comfortable being on camera and working independently as a part-time contractor.
• Knows how to make content feel local without making it feel forced.
• Is proactive, organised and happy to pitch ideas.
• Has a good eye for creators, trends and social moments.
• Gets that great brand social should entertain first, then sell.
• Loves coconuts. Obviously.
