In this role, you’ll bring an entrepreneurial mindset to collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, using design thinking to solve complex user challenges across enterprise applications.
You’ll be a hands-on designer with a strong grasp of interaction design, UI principles, and visual aesthetics—translating insights into elegant solutions. From wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to interactive prototypes, you’ll own the end-to-end design process. You’ll define user personas, map user journeys, and help evolve our design system while maintaining consistency and scalability across products.
If you're excited by simplifying complexity, creating data-driven user experiences, and building native mobile designs that delight and drive action, this is the opportunity for you.
The impact you'll make:
- You’ll bring an entrepreneurial spirit ready to partner with product management and business development to understand industry and user needs to help drive project requirements and growth opportunities across enterprise businesses.
- You’re always ready and eager to gather your product team into a room, throw some sticky notes on the table, and apply design thinking techniques to tackle some of the most complex user needs and problems.
- You understand design grids, layouts, compositions, buttons, icons, spacing, typography, and color schemes while specifying the expected behaviors of each.
- You have a passion and a track record of creating intuitive and delightful experiences that simplify complex problems and convert data sets into value and actions for users to take.
- You can rapidly build wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly convey design ideas and user interactions.
- Define user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate user requirements and business objectives into intuitive, engaging interfaces and behavioral specifications.
- Actively participate in design discovery activities to help define products and features
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data analysis, and user testing results.
- Create interaction models and UI details that optimize the user experience.
- A passion for user research techniques, user testing, and gathering validation in order to process insights so you can rapidly iterate on user experiences.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide support during the implementation phase.
- Maintain design consistency and contribute to design system development.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
What you've accomplished:
- 5+ years of experience driving both the user experience and the visual design of native mobile applications across consumer or enterprise industries.
- 5+ years of experience building and expanding design systems or pattern asset libraries by constructing pixel-perfect components, cataloging their proper use, and collaborating with internal users of the design system.
- You ensure consistency, coherence, and aesthetically pleasing designs across our products and understand how to use design expressions to reflect the brand and product value.
- A deep understanding of what it takes to design native apps and responsive design patterns.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end user-centered design solutions and strategic thinking, with the ability to tackle some of the most complex enterprise problems and simplification of complex data.
- Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools. You leverage these tools to build and bring assets alive within prototypes and highly detailed specs for development.
- Strong conceptual thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
