  • Quality – follow our forecasting methodology, verification, and QC standards, and flag issues early

What you've accomplished:

  • Bachelor's degree in Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, or a closely related field

  • Solid working knowledge of numerical weather prediction models, forecasting tools, and verification methods
  • Clear, confident communication of complex weather information to non-technical audiences
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, event-driven environment, with availability outside standard hours during significant weather
  • Self-directed and dependable – able to contribute quickly with minimal onboarding
  • On-camera or on-air experience a plus
  • Professional certification or membership (for example, AMS or NWA).
  • Experience putting AI tools to work to speed up workflows a plus
TWCo Benefits/Perks:
