This is a contracted position for 12+ months. Pay $60-$65 per hour.
Epic Trainer (Contract – Remote, W-2)
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Epic Trainer to deliver engaging training programs and support end-user adoption of Epic systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring users are confident and proficient in their workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led and virtual Epic training sessions to end users

Develop and update training materials, manuals, and job aids

Assess training needs and tailor content to different user groups

Provide go-live and post-go-live support

Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements

Support system updates by revising training materials accordingly

Serve as a liaison between end users and application teams
Qualifications
-
3+ years of Epic training or related experience

Epic credentialed trainer (CT) or certification preferred

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Experience creating training content and materials

Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt teaching styles

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
