This is a contracted position for 12+ months. Pay $60-$65 per hour.
Epic Lead Analyst (Contract – Remote, W-2)
Position Overview
We are seeking an Epic Lead Analyst to provide strategic and technical leadership across Epic applications. This role will oversee project execution, guide analyst teams, and ensure alignment with organizational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Epic implementation, optimization, and enhancement projects

Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex issues

Manage and mentor a team of analysts

Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables

Ensure adherence to Epic standards and best practices

Oversee system testing, upgrades, and change management processes

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
Qualifications
-
5+ years of Epic experience (with leadership or lead experience preferred)

Active Epic certification(s) required

Proven leadership and project management experience

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
