【Job Responsibilities】
1. Small-Class & Individualized Teaching
- Deliver engaging instruction to small classes (8-10 students), ensuring individualized guidance and providing 1-on-1 tutoring as needed.
- Stimulate students’ interest, cultivate effective study habits, and build strong, trusting teacher-student relationships.
2. Enrollment Promotion & Student Services
- Drive student enrollment by organizing high-conversion trial classes and English Corners.
- Host educational seminars (e.g., academic planning) to build brand authority.
- Conduct 1-on-1 parent consultations to assess needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Lead parent-teacher meetings, ensuring high retention through professional feedback.
3. Curriculum R&D
- Prepare high-quality teaching materials and resources.
- Actively participate in weekly collaborative lesson preparation to continuously elevate our teaching standards.
【Job Requirements】
- Bachelor’s degree or above. English or related disciplines are preferred.
- Authentic and standard English pronunciation.Outstanding standardized test scores (e.g., IELTS 7.5+, TOEFL 105+) will be a significant advantage.
- Fluency in Cantonese is highly preferred (crucial for local parent communication).
- A profound passion for education, coupled with a strong interest in project management and event marketing.
