Position Overview
As a Campus Recruitment Specialist, you will serve as a key link between our company and one or more partner universities. You’ll actively engage with students, increase our brand visibility on campus, and help attract top-tier candidates to join our educational team.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business leaders to plan the number of interns and fresh graduates needed in the coming years.
• Identify and evaluate universities that can provide high-quality candidates based on the company’s recruitment needs.
• Build strong campus networks at target universities to increase brand visibility and awareness.
• Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with universities and their career services departments.
• Communicate regularly with students and help organize or support recruitment talks, info sessions, and small-scale community events.
• Build and maintain a candidate database; proactively source and screen high-potential graduates.
• Manage social media and communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook groups) to share job postings and respond to candidate inquiries.
• Support the recruitment process including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
• Promote the company’s employer brand and culture to students.
• Stay up to date on campus recruitment trends, suggest improvements, assist with data reporting, and support internal optimization to enhance overall hiring effectiveness.
Qualifications
• Currently studying or recently graduated; open to all majors.
• Familiar with your own or target university environment; experience in student organizations, student council, campus ambassador programs, or mentorship programs is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and approachable personality; comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
• Interest in recruitment, human resources, or the education industry is a strong advantage.
• Interns must be available for a minimum of three consecutive months; full-time candidates should be available to start as soon as possible.
