Senior HR Executive (Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented, and resilient Senior HR Executive to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur.
Working closely with the HRBP Manager, you will play a key role in attracting great talent, supporting employees throughout their journey, and helping build a positive and high-performing workplace. This role focuses primarily on Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations, while also supporting onboarding, HR operations, and new employee orientation.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for full-time, internship, and part-time positions.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates in a timely manner.

Explore and develop recruitment channels to build a strong talent pipeline.

Maintain recruitment data and prepare hiring reports to support workforce planning.

Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Employee Relations

Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, providing day-to-day HR support and responding to employee enquiries.

Support probation follow-ups, employee feedback conversations, performance review administration, and exit interviews.

Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially, ensuring compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and company policies.

Build trust with employees while fostering an open, positive, and collaborative working environment.
HR Operations & Onboarding

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Assist with statutory HR administration, ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.
Learning & HR Projects

Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding training.

Support the HRBP Manager in implementing engagement initiatives, HR projects, and continuous process improvements.

Assist with other HR initiatives and operational projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
-
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, Employee Relations, People Operations, or HRBP support roles.

Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
HR Knowledge

Solid understanding of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB (MTD).
Communication

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across different levels of the organisation.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus.
