Think Academy is looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our San Jose office as a Education Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for launching and promoting our learning program within the specific region. This position centers on driving the success of our online regional marketing growth by spearheading promotional efforts, contributing to its design, and ensuring flawless execution. You will play a pivotal role in driving the initial user growth of the region.

About the Regional Marketing Growth Team:

The Regional Growth Department is responsible for researching regional education policies, in-school learning content, progress, and exams to identify market activity trends. It designs and executes corresponding enrollment activities, providing parents in different regions of the United States with professional learning advice and product solutions.

Your Role:

To design and implement a regional marketing campaign that increases student enrollments for a specific educational product or service in San Ramon region (Tri-Valley). 

You will be tasked with creating a comprehensive marketing plan to generate leads and increase brand awareness for Think Academy in San Ramon region (Tri-Valley). This enrollment plan includes market research, online enrollment activities plan based on user needs and educational policies (from January to March), and a complete enrollment activity design, from the front-end design of activities to acquire leads, to how to convert participants from the activities into long-term students. Deliverables will include: 

  • Market research report
  • Online enrollment activity plan(From January to March
  • One online enrollment activity design (From acquire leads to convert participants to long-term students)
Responsibilities:
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on regional education policies, school curricula, exam systems, and local learning trends to identify market opportunities and emerging educational needs.
  • Enrollment Campaigns: Design and execute targeted enrollment campaigns tailored to specific regions, focusing on the unique needs of local parents and students, and ensuring alignment with regional educational trends.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage region-specific events, workshops, and informational sessions for parents and students to showcase educational products and services.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive lead generation activities through online and offline channels, ensuring effective conversion of leads into enrollments.
  • Regional Product Solutions: Customize and promote educational products and services based on regional requirements, ensuring the offerings meet the specific needs of students and parents in different areas.
  • Brand Awareness & Promotion: Increase brand presence in the region through strategic marketing channels, ensuring effective communication of the brand’s value proposition to local families.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and feedback to adjust strategies and improve results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, content, and product development to ensure the success of regional growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree or additional certifications in marketing or education is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in regional marketing, education marketing, or a related field, with a focus on market research, strategic planning, and campaign execution.
    • Experience in managing and executing targeted marketing campaigns, especially in the education sector.
    • Familiarity with regional education systems, policies, and trends is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Market Research: Strong ability to conduct detailed market analysis and interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
    • Campaign Management: Experience designing and implementing enrollment or product-specific marketing campaigns tailored to different regional needs.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences, including parents, students, and local stakeholders.
    • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms(especially in little Red Note and WeChat), and content creation to support regional marketing efforts.
    • Analytical Skills: Comfortable with interpreting data and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
    • Adaptability & Innovation:
      • Ability to adapt strategies and approaches based on changing regional trends, market demands, and feedback from stakeholders.
      • A creative mindset to develop unique marketing initiatives and events that resonate with the local audience.
    • Language Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
    • Teaching & Product Design Skills: Experience in math teaching or product design is a plus.
