Position Overview:
Better Me is hiring a full-time Assistant Center Director to support the launch and daily operations of a new learning center. This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, strong in math and English, great with communication, and excited to grow in the education field.
Responsibilities:
- Support center setup and opening
- Assist with daily operations and staff coordination
- Communicate regularly with parents and students
- Participate in local marketing and outreach events
- Help with enrollment, assessments, and scheduling
Requirements:
- Strong math and English skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Highly responsible and detail-oriented
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Able to work 5 days/week, including weekends
Compensation:
- Pay Rate:$22 - $30 per hour, based on experience
