Better Me is a fast-growing U.S.-based learning center brand focused on providing personalized math education through a practice-driven learning system. With proven success in the Bay Area, we are expanding our presence and looking for a Site Expansion Specialist to join our on-the-ground expansion efforts.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Expansion Specialist to support the identification, evaluation, and setup of new learning center locations. You will work closely with the Site Expansion Director and cross-functional teams to ensure each site aligns with our brand standards and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
📍 Site Scouting & Lease Coordination
- Conduct in-person assessments of potential locations across the South Bay Area, evaluating surroundings, accessibility, foot traffic, and neighborhood suitability.
- Compile detailed site reports, photos, and comparisons to support decision-making.
- Facilitate communication and scheduling with property owners and brokers, supporting lease negotiations and preparing necessary documentation (e.g., LOI).
🛠️ Renovation & Setup Support
- Collaborate with contractors, signage vendors, and HQ teams to support site setup.
- Track project milestones and provide progress updates throughout renovation and setup phases.
🛠️ Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage day-to-day office administration: purchases, reimbursements, supply inventory, and workspace organization.
- Coordinate logistics for classrooms and facilities, ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations.
- Support backend operational needs such as equipment maintenance, environment upkeep, and scheduling.
Qualifications
Required:
- Based in the South Bay Area with reliable transportation.
- Structured development path toward Campus Operations Manager
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate retail or educational spaces.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
