Compensation: Hourly, $20 - $25 based off of experience

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Part-Time Assistant Learning Center Manager to support daily operations and help ensure a positive, engaging learning environment at our Bay Area centers. You’ll work closely with the Center Manager and HQ teams to assist with administrative work, tutor mentoring, and the overall assistance with the operations of our Learning Center.
What You'll Do:
Center Operations Support:
- Assist the Center Manager with the day-to-day operations to help ensure a smooth class and scheduling flow
- Provide a warm and professional front-desk experience by being the first point of contact for families and students
- Assist with the monitoring of student progression and satisfaction
- Support administrative tasks as required by Learning Center Manager such as scheduling and resource preparation
Growth and Marketing:
- Assist with local marketing activities such as community events, local school outreach, and local partnerships
- Contribute to center growth by fostering trust and engagement with families, promoting student satisfaction and referrals, and supporting ongoing retention efforts.
Team Coordination
- Support the onboarding and scheduling of tutors and staff
- Help organize internal communications and team updates
- Contribute to building a collaborative, professional, and fun team culture
