As we continue to expand our early childhood programs in the U.S., we are looking for an energetic and engaging ELA & Phonics Teacher who loves working with young children and is excited to grow beyond the classroom.

About This Role:

This is a full-time, on-site teaching + education operations position designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about early childhood education.

You will primarily teach English Language Arts (ELA), phonics, early literacy, reading, and speaking to children ages 3–6 in an in-person classroom setting.

Beyond teaching, you will also participate in student enrollment, parent engagement, academic operations, and local center initiatives. You will work closely with families to understand each child’s learning needs, communicate learning progress, and help families identify the right programs for their children.

This is not a teaching-only role. We are looking for someone who enjoys both working with children in the classroom and building relationships with parents and families. For candidates interested in building a long-term career in education, this role provides exposure to both the academic and business sides of an education center, with opportunities to grow into roles such as Lead Teacher, Academic Manager, Program Manager, or Center Leadership.

What You’ll Do

Teaching & Academic Responsibilities

• Teach engaging, interactive ELA, phonics, early literacy, reading, vocabulary, and speaking classes for children ages 3–6.
• Use stories, games, movement, visuals, and hands-on activities to help young learners develop foundational English skills.
• Prepare lessons and classroom materials based on Think Academy’s curriculum and teaching standards.
• Communicate regularly with parents about students’ classroom performance, progress, and areas for improvement.
• Participate in teacher training, lesson preparation, curriculum discussions, and teaching-quality reviews.

Enrollment & Education Operations

• Build strong relationships with prospective and current families.
• Conduct student assessments, trial classes, learning consultations, and other enrollment-related activities.
• Help parents understand their child’s learning needs and recommend appropriate courses and learning pathways.
• Support student enrollment, retention, and re-enrollment initiatives.
• Collaborate with teaching, operations, and enrollment teams to create an excellent student and parent experience.
• Support additional center operations and growth initiatives as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a U.S. college or university.
• Open to all majors; backgrounds in English, English Language Arts, Literacy, Education, Early Childhood Education, History, Communications, Liberal Arts, or related fields are strongly preferred.
• Native-level fluency in spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with children ages 3–6.
• Energetic, expressive, patient, and comfortable leading an interactive classroom.
• Strong sense of responsibility; dependable and committed to delivering high-quality instruction.
• Comfortable communicating directly with parents and participating in enrollment and student-retention activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Weekend availability is required, including Saturdays and/or Sundays.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with young children in a school, preschool, after-school program, learning center, summer camp, or similar environment.
• Previous experience as an English/ELA/phonics tutor, teaching assistant, classroom teacher, or reading instructor.
• Familiarity with early literacy development, phonemic awareness, phonics instruction, or early childhood learning.
• Experience communicating with parents or families in an educational setting is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive full-time compensation 72,000～85,000 for 1st year
