Influencer Marketing Manager

At ThinkMarkets, we are on the lookout for a result–oriented Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team in Cyprus. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of data-driven influencer marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities would include elevating brand awareness, fostering meaningful engagement and driving sales conversions through strategic influencer partnerships.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute brand partnerships and influencer strategies aligned with ThinkMarkets' marketing goals, utilizing data-driven approaches to achieve key success metrics. 
  • Leverage market research and audience insights to identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers across various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. 
  • Oversee influencer partnerships, handling everything from contract negotiation and briefing to ongoing communication and relationship management. 
  • Craft compelling campaign concepts and briefs for influencers, ensuring clear communication and brand alignment. 
  • Oversee influencer content creation, guaranteeing adherence to ThinkMarkets' brand messaging and regulatory compliance. 
  • Use influencer marketing tools to track performance and analyse results and deliver reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement. 
  • Stay on top of the latest influencer marketing trends, regulations and best practices 
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as creative, content, and compliance to optimize influencer strategies and maximize their impact on ThinkMarkets' marketing objectives.

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns. 
  • In-depth understanding of influencer marketing metrics and performance measurement. 
  • Experience using influencer marketing tools for onboarding and management 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Prior knowledge of the financial markets industry is a plus.
