Head of Content

We are seeking a Head of Content / Senior Content Manager to join our rapidly growing global workforce in Cyprus and lead the brand content strategy for ThinkMarkets. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest-quality content across all channels, with a focus on growing traffic, driving engagement, and acquiring clients. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for building a comprehensive content plan, leading both strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic content plan and editorial calendar for our global business.
  • Ensure all content aligns with ThinkMarkets' tone and brand, adhering to high editorial standards.
  • Create and implement tactical content plans for key markets.
  • Establish credibility, define messaging, and build thought leadership within the trading and investing industry.
  • Develop a content roadmap that enhances the ThinkMarkets brand, engages clients on our platform, and drives acquisitions.
  • Build a robust library of content for use across marketing assets.
  • Apply SEO data to inform strategic content creation, engaging and expanding audiences.
  • Analyze content performance and use insights to refine content strategies, staying ahead of market trends.
  • Collaborate with global Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align content with team needs and priorities.
  • Work with third parties, including research firms and analysts, to create content that resonates with our target audience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing content and brand tone.
  • Proven track record in writing content within the financial trading and investing industry is essential.
  • International experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise executive summaries.
  • Experience with video production, podcasts, and other content channels.
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels within an organization.
  • Excellent listening and writing skills with a knack for translating complex concepts into compelling, persuasive language.
