Social Media & Influencer Outreach Specialist

ThinkMarkets is seeking a passionate and data-driven Social Media & Influencer Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic global team based in Cyprus. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our social media strategy and building strong relationships with influencers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our business objectives across global markets.
  • Create and manage comprehensive social media calendars and content plans, ensuring engaging content is consistently published across our channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to drive brand awareness and reach target audiences.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to ensure effective localization of content for regional pages, tailoring our messaging to specific audiences and cultural nuances.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our social media campaigns, and prepare detailed monthly performance reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the community manager to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and community management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for social media and digital marketing.
  • Experience working in a multicultural, international environment is preferred.

Preferred:

  • Agency experience a plus
  • Experience in the financial markets will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience working within a multicultural, international environment
