Sales Acquisition and Retention Agent – Arabic-Speaking

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Arabic-Speaking Sales Acquisition and Retention Agent to join our team in Dubai on a full-time basis. This role is critical for driving client acquisition, conversion, and retention across Arabic-speaking markets, working closely with senior leadership to deliver outstanding client growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive acquisition and retention for CFD & FX trading through phone, email, live chat, and video calls
  • Convert leads into active trading clients and reactivate dormant accounts
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Arabic-speaking market
  • Educate clients on trading platforms, products, and services
  • Support client webinars, events, and engagement activities as required
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, complaints, and disputes promptly
  • Provide valuable feedback to marketing on campaign performance and client trends
  • Conduct competitor analysis to maintain strong market positioning

Requirements:

  • Native Arabic speaker with fluent English skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in FX/CFD sales or financial markets sales
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for financial markets, trading, and client success
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Must be based in Dubai and able to work full-time from the office (no remote option)
