Regional Head - LATAM

We are seeking a high-performing, commercially driven Regional Head of LATAM to lead our account management team and drive regional growth. You will be responsible for managing high-value client relationships, overseeing strategic partnerships, and executing a data-driven regional strategy that aligns with the company’s global goals. This is a senior-level role requiring strong leadership, regional expertise, and a track record of success in fintech, online trading, or financial services.
You will act as the primary bridge between our LATAM clients and the global executive team, ensuring ThinkMarkets delivers exceptional service, localized strategies, and sustainable growth across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and supervise the team of account managers in LATAM region, driving performance to achieve objectives, KPIs, SLAs set by the Leadership in accordance with CEO and ThinkMarkets goals.
- Build and manage a portfolio of high-value clients (HNW)/partners(B2Bs), by acquiring new and growing existing ones.
- Act as the primary point of contact between HNW/partners and ThinkMarkets and C-Level suite.
- Design and deliver highly commercial and data driven regional market growth strategy, competitive analysis, SWOT and execute plan with efficiency and deliver high margin ROI.
- Work closely with the marketing team to maximize the generation of leads, campaigns and retention of clients (and partners), ensuring regional campaigns are highly relevant and resonate with target markets.
- Participate in the related industry events and occasionally traveling to meet Partners in other LATAM countries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of sales/account management experience directly from the industry, ideally with experience in managing a team
- Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory); any other language being an advantage(Portuguese)
- Have excellent organizational and analytical skills (including attention to detail)
- Be professional and cooperative, ensuring an effective working partnership with business partners, subject specialists, and staff
- An understanding of local rules and regulations covering the business and sector
- In-depth understanding of transactional and operational workflow
- Experience working with global regulators, banks, and compliance functions across multiple jurisdictions and geographic locations
