Client Services Executive - FX / CFDs

We are seeking a Client Services Executive to join our rapidly growing global workforce in Dubai. This position will be the first point of contact supporting our international client base in their day-to-day trading activities. The primary objective of the Client Services Executive is to uphold ThinkMarkets’ high service standards and ensure client needs and inquiries are addressed efficiently and effectively. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to client inquiries via live chat, email, and phone across multiple time zones 
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products, services, and procedures to support clients through onboarding, funding, and trading activities 
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to achieve individual and team KPIs 
  • Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products and services during client interactions 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal processes, promotions, and regulatory requirements 
  • Accurately document client interactions and update CRM records regularly 
  • Process new client applications and ensure timely and compliant onboarding 
  • Maintain awareness of operational risk and compliance responsibilities 

Requirements: 

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential 
  • Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays 
  • Prior experience in client service, customer support, or telesales within the financial services or capital markets industry is highly desirable 
  • Solid understanding of trading platforms, foreign exchange (FX), CFDs, indices, and commodities is required 
  • A relevant university degree is preferred 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment
