Sales Executive – EU Markets (FX/CFDs, Multilingual)

ThinkMarkets is seeking ambitious, driven and results-focused Sales Executives to join our European desk based in Dubai. If you’re passionate about financial markets and thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment, this is an opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing brokers in the industry.
In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing clients across Europe, guiding them through the trading journey - from initial onboarding to active trading and long-term account retention. You’ll play a key part in revenue growth by converting leads, reactivating dormant accounts, and building relationships with clients trading CFDs, FX and other multi-asset products.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with leads via phone, live chat, email and social channels
- Convert potential clients into active traders
- Reactivate dormant accounts and drive revenue growth
- Provide platform guidance and product education to clients
- Build strong relationships and maximise client lifetime value
- Support events such as webinars, seminars and client activations
- Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and performance targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Minimum 2+ years CFD/FX brokerage sales experience
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of macroeconomic events and trading behaviours
- Knowledge of CFDs and spread betting products
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in a European language
- Ability to work European hours from our Dubai office
- Positive, proactive and energetic approach to teamwork
