Summary: 

The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our market position, drive customer acquisition and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will combine deep digital expertise with strong skills and a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.  We’re looking for someone who is both an effective storyteller, and who loves technology and is practiced at using the latest innovations to supercharge their work. This person will ensure the organization has all the data, people, systems, integrations, process and playbooks to enable our continued rapid growth. It’s important the candidate is able to synthesize complex technical topics into emotive stories using accessible and easily understood language, and help the organization tell a compelling, concise, relatable, human-centered narrative about why our offerings are special and differentiated in the market to enable us to increase market share. The ideal candidate will find room for growth and leadership development as the organization evolves. What You’ll Do 

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company objectives

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across marketing channels and technologies
  • Design and lead implementation of growth strategy to grow new user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention in a scalable and efficient way 
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Partner closely with teams to build campaigns and solutions that drive business growth
  • Support the CEO, Leadership Team, and Business Development and Sales teams to create visually stunning and engaging visual communications materials optimized for diverse audiences
  • Lead omnichannel marketing efforts with expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, email, social media and paid acquisition
  • Leverage generative AI as a force multiplier to augment human capabilities and improve efficiency, volume, reach, and quality of products delivered
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization including product, engineering, data science, and brand marketing in addition to key stakeholders within Shell  
  • Establish KPI’s for marketing initiatives and regularly report on performance
  • Support business development process in collaboration with the CEO, head of sales and board of directors
  • Create, maintain and report on key business metrics to ensure business objectives are met 
  • Identify, recommend and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources
  • Lead, coordinate and host all external events - conferences, industry events, etc. inclusive of domestic and international travel to attend
  • Leverage new digital technologies to streamline the lead capture, funnel management, and conversion of leads to deals, supporting the frontline engagement with potential customers
  • Tackling unforeseen issues and troubleshooting
  • Monitoring the competitive landscape and attending industry events to stay abreast of new initiatives and ways to stay ahead
  • Manage marketing budget and optimize resource allocation for maximum ROI
  • Manage website content, strategy, optimization and conversion rate improvements
  • Serve as the main HubSpot contact supporting operational and tactical aspects including the Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub; manage HubSpot subscriptions and subject matter expert for all operational functions of HubSpot.
  • Build and deploy campaigns, landing pages, emails, social and PPC campaigns, and other assets in HubSpot in support of marketing campaigns and other operational initiatives to support business objectives.

  • Proven strategic planning and budgeting experience
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Oil & Gas, mining, and/or geothermal experience is a bonus

  • 15% travel may be required
