Strategy & Operations Manager

As the Strategy & Operations Manager, you will lead critical initiatives that support the Nurx business, including supporting new launches, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving key analyses & business reporting. In particular, you will play an integral and highly visible role in supporting our Sexual & Reproductive Health + Dermatology verticals – two foundational pillars of the organization. Above all, you embody the Thirty Madison mission of providing access to healthcare for all who suffer from chronic conditions.

  • The base pay range for this position is $124,800 - $171,600 per year**

**Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual incentive plan and stock options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

What you get to do every day

  • Lead key projects and work streams, including new launches, growth initiatives, and process improvements
  • Analyze data to drive new insights, identify trends, and recommend business decisions
  • Support the Nurx team in helping set overall strategy, prioritizing initiatives, and advancing external partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Product, Clinical, Data, Finance, Operations, Partnerships and Legal teams
  • Support leadership on developing key reporting materials, annual forecasting/planning, and board decks

What you bring to the role

  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy/ops, finance, or similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data. Expertise in Excel is a requirement, and familiarity with Looker/Data Viz tools are a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to define, breakdown, and creatively solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally across teams and strong communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in project management, with demonstrated experience in leading and executing on multi-part, multi-team initiatives
  • An eye for detail & precision, as well as the ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture
  • A passion for improving healthcare and enabling a better patient experience

Bonus points

  • Familiarity with digital health and broader healthcare ecosystem
  • Experience working at a startup
