Account Executive
SUMMARY
We are seeking a Account Executive to join our Sales team. The Account Executive is responsible for sales to companies with under 1,000 employees. In this role, you will be expected to proactively manage your pipeline while continuously closing new business.
You will work closely with internal teams (Customer Experience, Product and Marketing) to analyze and communicate customer feedback and develop scalable strategies and processes to hit activity and revenue targets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet and exceed sales quotas
- Maintain an updated and accurate pipeline
- Investigate and understand leads/prospects prior to giving a demo
- Give product demonstrations over video call or in person
- Follow-up with leads and prospects in a timely manner
NECESSARY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years’ experience in a sales or business development role.
- Strong relationship building skills, with both internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated team player with a collaborative and consultative style
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and tactfully when dealing with prospects questions and challenges
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of sales principles, technologies and processes
