Client Operations Coordinator
SUMMARY
The Client Operations Coordinator will work closely with all departments to support client and business needs by completing operational tasks and projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and respond to client and departmental needs in CRM
- Record meeting notes, Assist in onboarding Teams and Enterprise clients in a 30 day window
- Conducts CMS actions for clients and Account Managers
- Provide detailed reports to internal stakeholders
- Facilitate client campaigns
- Submit JIRA tickets for custom user requests
- Assist other departments with one-off projects focused on the improvement of our platform
- Assist the Marketplace team in the curation and audit of Thnks with extreme detail
NECESSARY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer centric role
- Proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft Office
- Strong relationship building skills, with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated team player with a collaborative and consultative style
- Ability to communicate clearly and tactfully Comfort with data and reporting to monitor revenue and identify customer growth opportunities
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
