Your Role
As a Client Support Associate, you’ll be responsible for delivering top tier support while building trust and satisfaction among our users:
- Interact with customers via email and live chat, occasionally joining phone or video calls.
- Maintain a rapid response time under 3 minutes is the standard.
- Maximize accuracy and efficiency using pre-written replies and documentation.
- Solve complex platform and user issues with tact and professionalism.
- Report bugs and performance issues to the Product team.
- Coordinate with the Marketplace team to resolve availability and supply challenges.
- Educate customers on the value and features of the Thnks platform.
- Collaborate with vendors to address shipping and delivery issues.
- Embody compassion and excitement in every customer interaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Entry-Level Talent: 0–1 years of experience in a customer facing role.
- Fast and Accurate: Ability to type over 50 words per minute.
- Strong Communicator: Clear, tactful, and empathetic in handling client questions and challenges.
- Relationship Builder: Comfortable engaging with both internal stakeholders and external users.
- Self-Starter: Motivated, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced team.
- Adaptable: Can juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
