About the Role

Thoropass is redefining the enterprise audit experience by combining best-in-class software with expert services to help large organizations navigate compliance, security, and risk management seamlessly. We are expanding our team with a seasoned Enterprise Audit Account Executive who has a proven track record of selling audit services and solutions to large enterprises (2,000+ employees).

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced audit sales professional who understands how to position AI-powered audit services and technology to senior finance, compliance, and IT security leaders. If you've successfully sold audits at a leading audit firm, built long-term relationships with CISOs, CFOs, IT & InfoSec Leaders, and managed complex, high-value deals, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sell Enterprise Audit Solutions: Own the full sales cycle, offering AI-driven software and services that enhance the audit process for Fortune 2000 companies. Highlight innovations like First Pass AI, which transforms audit preparation with AI-driven evidence verification. 

  • Engage Senior Audit & Compliance Leaders: Build relationships with key decision-makers, including CISOs, CFOs, and Heads of IT and GRC functions.

  • Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Manage multi-stakeholder, high-value deals ranging from $100K to $1M+, including RFPs and long sales processes.

  • Drive New Business Growth: Identify and convert new enterprise accounts, leveraging deep industry knowledge to tailor AI-powered audit solutions.

  • Act as a Trusted Advisor: Utilize a consultative approach, understanding clients' compliance and regulatory challenges to position Thoropass as their preferred AI-driven audit partner.

  • Leverage Internal & External Resources: Work closely with audit partners, sales engineers, and internal teams to close deals and ensure client success.

  • Travel for High-Impact Engagements: Visit enterprise clients as needed to strengthen relationships and advance sales opportunities.

Skillsets & Requirements:

  • Audit Sales Expertise: 5-10 years of experience selling audit services at a Big Four firm, top-tier audit provider, or a specialized audit services company.

  • Enterprise Selling Success: Proven track record of closing large, complex deals ($100K+ ARR) with Fortune 2000 companies.

  • Consultative, Executive-Level Sales: Experience engaging CISOs, CFOs, and Heads of IT and GRC functions in strategic, high-value sales discussions.

  • Deep Understanding of Audit & Compliance: Strong knowledge of external/internal audits, regulatory requirements, financial reporting, and IT risk management.

  • Track Record of Navigating Long Sales Cycles: Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder decision processes, RFPs, and lengthy deal timelines.

  • Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to translate complex audit needs into clear, compelling value propositions.

  • Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven: Comfortable using sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms to track pipeline and performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 + Commission (On-Target Earnings of $280,000 - $360,000)
