About the Role
We’re looking for a Partner Development Representative (PDR) to help activate, organize, and scale our partner ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, building repeatable systems, and pairing that work with consistent partner-facing outreach.
You’ll help clean up and segment an existing partner base, design workflows that prevent future sprawl, and directly engage partners to understand where real “better together” opportunities exist. While this role includes regular outbound partner communication, it is not transactional sales—it’s about activation, enablement, and system-building that drives referrals over time.
Important clarity: This is a partner-facing role with meaningful outbound communication expectations. You will spend time on calls and follow-ups with partners each week—but success is defined by building sustainable systems and momentum, not one-off deals.
In this role, success will be measured by improved partner responsiveness and engagement, the number of partners activated or re-activated, the quality and clarity of partner segmentation, and the volume and consistency of partner-sourced or partner-influenced referrals. Just as importantly, you’ll be expected to help establish clean CRM hygiene, repeatable workflows, and activation playbooks that make the partner motion easier to scale over time.
What You'll Do
Drive partner activation through high-volume outbound engagement
- Proactively reach out to a large portfolio of existing partners via calls, email, and LinkedIn on a daily basis
- Reintroduce Thoropass to dormant or under-engaged partners and uncover “better together” opportunities
- Qualify and segment partners into clear tiers (cultivate, automate, terminate) based on alignment and potential
- Build early momentum through consistent follow-up that leads to referrals, co-selling, and deeper engagement
- Capture insights from partner conversations to improve messaging, enablement, and future partner programs
Skillsets/ Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR / BDR), Partner Operations, Partner Enablement, or Partner Marketing, or Account Management in an early-stage SaaS company
- Direct experience with outbound communication, including high-volume calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and booking meetings or activating accounts without a fully scripted playbook
- Academic background in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field -- or equivalent practical experience
- Comfort speaking with external stakeholders (partners, customers, vendors) on a regular basis, with the ability to clearly explain value propositions and uncover alignment
- Have worked in startups or fast-changing environments
- Are curious about partnerships, ecosystems, and scalable growth
Bonus Points
- Experience in partner ops, customer success, sales enablement, or rev ops
- Familiarity with BDR/SDR motions or outbound engagement
- Exposure to SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, or professional services
Why Join Thoropass
- Partnerships are a top company growth priority, with direct executive visibility
- Opportunity to help shape how an entire function scales
- Clear path to grow into Partner Programs, Partner Ops, or Partner Success roles
- Competitive compensation for LATAM, with benefits and long-term upside

- Competitive base salary
