About the Role

Thoropass is growing its Latin America talent function and we're looking for a Recruiter who brings energy, ownership, and adaptability to a collaborative, fast-moving team.

We're in the middle of an aggressive expansion, hiring InfoSec auditors across the region while simultaneously scaling GTM and Operations teams globally. This role partners closely with US-based hiring managers and TA leadership to contribute meaningfully to the InfoSec pipeline today and flex across functions as team needs evolve.

This is not a coordinator role. It is not a passive pipeline role. This is a full-lifecycle recruiting seat for someone who thrives on collaboration, takes full ownership of their pipeline, and finds genuine energy in the work of growing a company alongside a team that cares about doing it well. You'll have real autonomy and real accountability, and the people around you will push you to do your best work.

If you've spent 3-5 years sharpening your craft, you know how to source passive candidates, can run a tight interview process, and are excited to grow alongside a team that's building something meaningful, this is your role.

What You'll Own

Full-Lifecycle Recruiting Across Functions

  • InfoSec Pipeline — Current Focus
  • Conduct first-round screens assessing English proficiency, technical background, compensation alignment, and role fit
  • Build warm talent pipelines before roles open through proactive talent mapping and community engagement, not reactive posting
  • Flex to support GTM, Operations, and Engineering roles as business priorities shift, bringing the same ownership and rigor to every function
  • Own the full candidate journey from initial outreach through offer for every role you carry
  • Partner with hiring managers to write compelling job descriptions, develop interview processes, and calibrate on quality quickly
  • Operate with a startup mindset: high output, low ego, and a bias toward action

Candidate Experience and Employer Brand

  • Represent Thoropass authentically at every touchpoint. Every candidate, regardless of outcome, should leave the process with a positive impression of who we are
  • Collaborate with the broader TA team on LinkedIn outreach campaigns and content targeting passive LatAm talent, with particular focus on Big 4 and regional firm alumni networks
  • Drive referral program engagement among existing Thoropass LatAm contractors

Process and Reporting

  • Maintain Greenhouse ATS hygiene: stages, dispositions, notes, and offer tracking updated in real time
  • Report weekly on pipeline health, sourcing channel performance, and time-to-fill to leadership
  • Flag market signal early. If a role isn't moving, say so and bring a plan

What Success Looks Like

  • Strong pipeline velocity across InfoSec roles, with active candidates moving through stages and outbound sourcing delivering qualified candidates every week
  • Hiring managers describe you as a true partner, not a coordinator. They trust your read on candidates and rely on your judgment
  • Seamless support across functions when InfoSec volume shifts. You come up to speed on a new role quickly and don't miss a beat
  • Greenhouse stays clean, reporting is accurate, and there are no surprises in the pipeline
  • You've contributed something durable: sourcing strategies, channel relationships, and referral pipelines that strengthen the team and outlast any individual search

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience; professional services, IT, compliance, audit, or tech strongly preferred
  • Fully bilingual English/Spanish, written and spoken. You will communicate daily with US-based hiring managers and LatAm candidates. Strong English is non-negotiable
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter; Greenhouse ATS experience is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates. You know how to write a message that gets a response
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions, not just one vertical
  • A genuine ownership mentality: you run your pipeline without being managed, communicate proactively, and solve problems before they escalate
  • Resilience and adaptability. We are a startup. Priorities shift, roles change, and timelines compress. The best person here leans into that and thrives
  • A collaborative spirit: you share learnings, lift up teammates, and make the people around you better

Preferred

  • Prior recruiting experience in LATAM, Colombia and/or Argentina supporting US companies
  • Familiarity with IT audit, GRC, cybersecurity, or InfoSec roles

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary
  • Exceptional private healthcare
  • Early equity in a fast-growing company
  • Work-from-home model
  • Flexible PTO
  • Company-provided laptop
  • Monthly wellness and home Wi-Fi stipend

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
