We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations at ThoughtExchange. They will be a strategic partner to our revenue leadership, driving operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role is about enabling better decisions through process and workflow improvements, optimizing our revenue technology stack, delivering data-driven insights, and fostering alignment across all revenue-impacting teams.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you’ll lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team, work cross-functionally with leaders across the business, and ensure our go-to-market organization is equipped to accelerate growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with revenue leaders on strategic and operational initiatives to improve productivity and drive efficiency.
- Lead the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations teams to ensure alignment and maximize cross-functional impact.
- Own the revenue technology stack — managing performance, budget, vendor relationships, and user support in partnership with IT.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools and technology to improve revenue team effectiveness.
- Oversee reporting, dashboards, and analytics to uncover trends, develop hypotheses, and provide actionable recommendations to revenue leaders.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce team to ensure our CRM effectively supports operational needs.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to enhance sales processes, develop sales skills, and roll out new tools or systems.
- Coordinate competing priorities across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to accelerate revenue growth.
- Liaise with other operational teams (e.g., People Ops, Product Ops) to ensure excellence in data practices, system scalability, and process interconnectedness.
- Support the creation and implementation of variable compensation plans for revenue teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in Revenue Operations within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment, with strengths in strategic planning, execution, and prioritization.
- Deep understanding of GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, with proven skill in resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Expertise in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and revenue technology stacks, applying data-driven decision making and strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence, partnering effectively across teams and at all organizational levels.
- Track record of building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams, fostering delegation, empowerment, and accountability.
- Advanced executive communication and presentation skills, with strong active listening abilities and the capacity to integrate feedback.
- Naturally curious and committed to continuous improvement, seeking innovative solutions to operational challenges.
The salary range for this position is $126,500-148,750 CAD per year. Your specific compensation within this range is determined based on your job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and our internal equity assessment.
