  • Partner with revenue leaders on strategic and operational initiatives to improve productivity and drive efficiency.

  • Support the creation and implementation of variable compensation plans for revenue teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in Revenue Operations within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment, with strengths in strategic planning, execution, and prioritization.
  • Deep understanding of GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, with proven skill in resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and revenue technology stacks, applying data-driven decision making and strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence, partnering effectively across teams and at all organizational levels.
  • Track record of building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams, fostering delegation, empowerment, and accountability.
  • Advanced executive communication and presentation skills, with strong active listening abilities and the capacity to integrate feedback.
  • Naturally curious and committed to continuous improvement, seeking innovative solutions to operational challenges.

The salary range for this position is $126,500-148,750 CAD per year. Your specific compensation within this range is determined based on your job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and our internal equity assessment.
