Talent Operations Coordinator (Associate) – Bilingual (English & Spanish required)

Our Talent Operations Coordinators team works behind the scenes to ensure candidates have a positive experience, recruiters are set up for success and Thoughtworkers feel empowered to interview talent effectively. It’s at this crossroads where details, coordination and data come together to support the broader recruiting organization and help the recruitment team meet their goals.

Challenges like a last-minute scheduling swap or an interview panel spanning multiple time zones don’t faze the folks in Talent Operations. Instead, they are motivated by complex situations and collaborating with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. 

Job responsibilities

  • Schedule role-specific remote and/or face-to-face panel interviews to grow our vibrant Thoughtworks community.
  • Coordinate our Interviewer Readiness training program that empowers Thoughtworkers to become great interviewers.
  • Maintain data hygiene and use relevant systems to reduce manual efforts where applicable.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure optimal prioritization of candidates pipeline.
  • Ownership of a great candidate experience through proactive and consistent communication during the recruiting process.
  • Play an active role in achieving Thoughtworks W+UGM hiring goals by curating diverse interview panels that provide inclusive interview experiences for candidates.
  • Supporting data collection, analysis and its communication, including the distribution of relevant insights to its internal stakeholders within recruitment.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Know how to prioritize and make scheduling complicated interview panels look easy.
  • Effective collaboration with candidates, interviewers, recruiters and other key stakeholders.
  • Ability to think analytically, read data, and propose improvements.

Professional Skills

  • You are highly organized and collaborative and actively contribute to your team meeting targets. .
  • You love to learn and aren't afraid to try new things. Mistakes to you are learning opportunities, not a sign of failure.
  • You cultivate meaningful relationships with your stakeholders.
  • You're resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
  • You love solving problems, especially when they involve improving processes.
  • You are comfortable working with software systems and are highly organized in- and outside of them.
