JOB OVERVIEW

 

ThreatLocker is seeking hardworking and ambitious Sales Representatives to drive growth across both our existing customer base and new prospects, with a focus on expanding sales throughout the Middle East region. You must have the drive and resilience to prospect daily and make multiple cold calls throughout the workday. This is not a role for someone seeking an easy 9–6 job; it’s for those ready to push hard and win.

We offer a base salary of AED 168,000 annually, plus 10% commission on all first-year deals. Multi-year signed contracts earn additional commission. There's no cap on earnings, and our structure includes lucrative accelerators and bonuses. A company-wide bonus is also paid when global performance targets are met.

This role is ideal for someone who is sociable, driven, and thrives on building relationships in a high-pressure, fast-paced sales environment. Prior sales experience in technology is helpful but not required. We also welcome candidates with strong customer-facing experience in industries such as retail, hospitality, or service who are ready to transition into technology sales. What matters most is a relentless work ethic, the ability to perform under pressure, and the drive to hit and exceed ambitious targets.

You will be directly responsible for prospecting, managing, and closing opportunities, as well as representing ThreatLocker at trade shows and conferences across the region. Success in this role comes from being persistent, organized, people-focused, creative and with a relentless ability to overcome challenges, solve problems and show value to customers.

 

Please note:

  • This is an office-based position in Dubai, UAE.
  • In-person interviews are required after a phone pre-screen.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for the Middle East market.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new opportunities through phone, email, social, and in-person networking.
  • Take initiative in travelling to regional markets which are covered to engage with customers in on-site meetings which are self-generated, or to progress deals which require face to face persistence.
  • Meet with customers on site to introduce the product, build meaningful relationships and find ways to help a prospect solve their cybersecurity challenges.
  • Present the product in person to prospects, discuss its capabilities at a high level, showcase results following trial periods of the product and lastly negotiate on deal closures & timelines.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: pipeline development, discovery, solution presentation with a technical engineer, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts within our CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with ThreatLocker partners to drive growth and expand recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Professionally represent ThreatLocker at trade shows, conferences, and industry events across the Middle East.
  • Share market feedback with sales leadership and marketing to refine messaging and strategy.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident, sociable, and able to build trust quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow relationships, ideally in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-focused roles.
  • Comfortable managing a pipeline, following up consistently, and staying organised in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-driven, with a strong work ethic.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn technology sales, with the drive to develop into enterprise and MSP sales opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage but not required.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Job will generally be performed in an office environment but may require travel to visit company offices and/or property locations.

  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus.

A background check and drug/substance screening are required after a conditional offer. Employment will proceed only upon receiving clear results from both.

ThreatLocker also conducts randomized drug and substance testing approximately every 60 days, in line with the same screening standards.
